Constants
Have you ever wished that calculations in Rounds could have a constant that stayed the same each day until you updated it? We know many of you have wanted this for a while. For example, what if your chemical usage calculations could use the actual price you paid in October of 2026 and have it update the date costs change? Rounds now has a feature that lets you do exactly these kinds of things and can be maintained by Supervisors or above (no need to ask us to update your calculations!).

Summary Panel
Rounds has a new Data Entry screen summary panel that will show both progress for completion (if that feature is enabled) as well as if any metrics are out of range (on Sites and Flex Forms).
This is just the beginning of a new approach to handling ranges in Rounds.... with distinctions between Operational and Regulatory limits. Read more about what's coming soon with Multi-Range Metrics (to be released over the next few weeks).

Manage your saved phrases
Do you find yourself putting in the same comments for customers or your rounds records? You can find and now manage your personal saved phrases in My Preferences, where you can add, edit and archive them in one place. Keep the wording you reuse up to date and ready for your next entry.
Manage shared organization phrases
Organization Admins can now add, edit and archive shared phrases in organization settings, keeping reusable wording consistent for their team.
Enhancements
Data Entry progress and navigation - Review site completion progress more easily on desktop and mobile, and quickly find a metric when following a link to it.
Log Book updates - Fixed an issue where a new Log Book entry with attachments could require a page refresh before it appeared.
