Reusable Phrases and Smart Text
Save wording you use often and insert it again in data-point comments and report-email messages. On metrics configured as Smart Text, you can use saved phrases during Data Entry too. Your existing Text metrics continue to work as before.
Enhancements
Date Pickers Follow Your Organization's Format - Date, date-and-time, and date-range pickers now follow the date format selected for your organization. This makes both displayed dates and typed entries more consistent across Waterly while preserving the underlying saved values.
Clearer Dashboard Site Information - Dashboard columns now use Site instead of Facility Name. When no sites match the Out of Range filter, Waterly now shows a clear empty-state message instead of a blank table.
Easier-to-Read Phone Numbers - Valid phone numbers now display with international spacing in user phone cards, operator selectors, and report phone rows. Numbers Waterly cannot format remain visible as entered.
Report Groups for System Supervisors - System supervisors can now create and manage report groups for the systems they supervise in Reporting.
