Waterly Rounds Update 2026-04-01

At Waterly, we're always working behind the scenes to make your experience smoother and more reliable. This release includes several small improvements designed to enhance your day-to-day use of the platform.

Additionally, we have a significant change to Reporting and navigation coming right around the corner (next few weeks) and wanted to let any of our loyal release notes readers have a sneak peek.  We are MOVING the reporting item in the left navigation so that it is ABOVE the system selector.  For many of our customers, this is a very nominal change as they only have one system to care for, but for our many contract operators, this will enable reports to span multiple systems!  That will allow:

  1. There are many valuable multi-system reports that need a home "above" the system level.  Whether you are comparing water to wastewater, or rolling up gas chlorine inventory across a state, these new analytical reports will mean so much for risk reduction for larger organizations.

  2. Advanced abilities to filter reports in a few different ways.

  3. Annual Reports! - We are also working on annual, quarterly, and eventually multi-year reports that will help answer more questions, shorten workflows associated with those types of reports, and honestly...make more people happy (to have annual reporting).  We wish it didn't take so long, but simplicity takes time. Thanks for your patience.

  4. Future abilities to have even more dynamic (near-live) reports and dashboards, tie into other applications, and more.

Here's (really close) to what it will look like.  Note that aside from Reporting moving up, instead of a list of sites, you'll see a Data Entry button that will open up the familiar list of sites.  We'll have more information for you soon, but wanted everyone hereto have a sneak peek.
